The Residences have a variety of new, indoor - outdoor spaces for corporate workshops and team meetings. Our business philosophy strives to do things differently, motivating teams through unique working environments and providing a real alternative to traditional corporate environments.

We believe the best setting for collaborative thinking and team interaction are informal and varied spaces. We advocate the use of multiple indoor and outdoor spaces with teams migrating between spaces, and view lunch as a chance for the team to connect, rather than a compulsory break!
