Located in Centennial Park, THE SUPERINTENDENTS RESIDENCE offers a country escape in the heart of Sydney's CBD & Eastern suburbs. The historic and immaculately restored 4 bedroom home boasts expansive private gardens ready for bespoke marquee events and includes complimentary accommodation on the event night. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • The Residences Centennial Park will provide guests with one clear 10 m x 15 m marquee structure for events booked at The Superintendents Residence between 1 - 31 July 2019.

  • The Marquee On Us promotion excludes timber flooring and lighting. Guests can opt for timber flooring and discuss specific lighting requirements to compliment desired event themes and style. Guests are responsible for the associated costs to do so. 

  • Guests can choose to extend the marquee and are responsible for the associated costs to do so. 

  • The Marquee On Us promotion is not transferable to other marquee styles. The Residences Centennial Park can dismantle the clear marquee provided for The Marquee On Us promotion should a guest prefer a different marquee for their event. In this instance, guests will be charged the cost to dismantle the marquee prior and the cost to re-install the clear marquee after their event. Guests will also be fully responsible for the cost to hire another marquee of their choice. 

  • The Residences standard event terms and conditions apply to all Marquee On Us bookings.
